Hey! It's Dominik Dekleva, and I'm a Biochemist / Data Scientist based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. With over 7 years of experience, I've worked across fields like nanotoxicology, cancer research, computer vision, and AI for drug development.

In my spare time, I collaborate with businesses across industries to unlock the value of their data, solving complex challenges through strategic data centralization, predictive modeling, and advanced AI applications.

My projects range from optimizing data ecosystems for faster decision-making and enhanced operational efficiency, to developing predictive models that drive actionable insights and improve business outcomes.

Currently, I focus most of my time on designing novel drug candidates with REINVENT (AstraZeneca), a generative AI platform for drug discovery, applying advanced machine learning techniques to optimize molecular designs.
